Yeah Waco outside of Baylor is ghetto as frick. The campus is beautiful though

Kinda hard to make out all of that but I think it is more of a case of simple hypocrisy. Not all that different from someone writing a book of virtues while being a compulsive gambler.

They may have been "off campus" since Baylor owns a few apartment complexes not on the campus proper. My daughter was telling me most of the athletes are housed in an apartment complex across Hwy 77(?) a few blocks from the Ferrell Center.
