Says the accuser was interviewed 4 times by Angulo and he only recorded her once.
Claims he never recorded his interview with the "outcry witness".
Claims Angulo drove by Winston's apartment on January 13th after she IDed him and he confirmed that his apartment matched the accuser's description of the place she was attacked.
I can't even type all the frick ups this attorney is claiming the detective made.

this is looking like alot of evidence was covered up in JW's favor if its all true. In a sexual assault case the victims prior sexual can't be used as evidence. This is to protect the victims and ensure they would want to come forward if assaulted.
