They paid for travel cost which was part of the agreement of us joining. They didnt subsidize all non revenue sports fully to the tune of 17 million
WVU isn't some poor university or anything

Colorado State Article on Joining the Big 12
Sounds like people from Colorado St are endorsing a run at joining the Big 12. They are asking the President to make a pitch. Good for them!

Like I said.
1. Add Colorado State and either Memphis or New Mexico.
2. Split the divisions along I-35.
3. Split the Texas schools and have them all play each other.
4. Ensure Oklahoma and Texas are in the same division.
5.Split the Oklahoma and Kansas schools. Ensure both play each other.
6. Keep the 9 game schedule.
7. Rotate the title games between Denver, KC, Arlington, and San Antonio.
