If Anyone knew how QBR was calculated I would care
ESPN interns take a dump and read it like tarot cards.
PFF ratings are calculated by the same method, but with more formulas.

Burrow is also 6th in passer rating
Stafford is 2nd, Cousins is 4th, and Jimmy GQ is 6th. If you would like to start one of your autistic arguments about why they are elite and Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen aren’t, I am happy to take a trip to the zoo on lunch.

Only thing holding him back is turnovers. If he cuts those in half he's arguably a top 3-4 QB.
If I were 8 feet tall I could dunk. So what?

I’ve been back 5 minutes and your jimmies are already rustled and I haven’t said a single word about LSU or Joey yet.
Go out and get some holiday spirit man.

A random thread got bumped from a couple years ago where TRC said whoever drafted Joe would be picking a qb again 2 years later lol

I don’t believe this. That mfer is single handedly wasting a really good Titans D. I think Burrow could legit lead this Titans team to The SB.

I’ve said for a couple of years that PFF’s overall ratings are trash. I said that on this board before Burrow was even on the NFL’s radar.
They have no consistency in their overall ratings at all. A lot of their individual metrics have value, but their overall ratings have been trash and are usually confirmation bias of players they love for one reason or another.

I didn’t dispute anything about Burrow being 6th in Passer Rating?
Passer Rating like any metric had it’s flaws (I’ve said this on here numerous times), but I definitely trust it more to measure a QB’s passing ability than PFF’s overall rating.
There is no one end all be all rating system for NFL players especially not QBs. But if you want to print a t shirt about being the highest graded QB in one metric through 14 weeks, then have at it.

Arguing PFF grades has always felt like citing Wikipedia for a debate.
That said, I look forward to you trying to contain yourself in Burrow threads. I give it two weeks

I’m wearing kid’s gloves for the holidays. I know how sensitive certain people can be on this board. Which is ironic given how much this board complains about whiny liberals, but that’s another discussion.

Just admit you were dead wrong about him. Spin the stats how you want but you essentially created a persona on here as a Burrow troll. Admit he’s way better in the NFL than you thought he’d be, or admit you were full of shite from the start on the Butrow takes. It’s one of the 2.

Brady was number 1 before last week. Burrow was 2. Brady had an awful game. Burrow had an excellent game.
Also PFF isn’t a grading system based on stats for casuals.
It’s about whether the right reads were made with the football.
Burrow has had an outstanding year. Most of his INT’s haven’t been his fault.
If you watch the games and see what Burrow does presnap and how he consistently makes something out of nothing you would not be surprised that he is the number 1 rated QB in the league when the ratings aren’t based on traditionally causal counting stats.

Pretty hilarious given the takes you had on this board about Burrow after he played in like 8 games as a rookie

He's had some bad ones.
But he's had at least 4 picks I've seen live where he hit his receiver square in the hands, they missed the pass and bat the ball up into the air.

Every time I said he was playing like trash early and would turn out mediocre people said it was too early, we need to wait a few years, no need to form an opinion. Now we’re suppose to crown him? Dude has the same amount of INTs as Sunshine in 69 fewer pass attempts. He’s literally the 5th worst QB in the league when it comes to INT%. Two of the guys worse than him are rookies that have been benched during the season, one has been permanently benched and the 4th played injured and has the highest AirY/PA in the league.
I may have been wrong in my Alex Smith comparison if this continues… that’s more of a Jameis Winston style of play.

You should probably mention that he’s 4th in the league in TD% and 2nd in yards per attempt.
