I have never seen Mickey Loomis on the sideline during a game talking to Sean Payton.

They wanted Romo in to run the 2 minute offense. Weeden probably hadn't run it in 4 months. He may have done better than ROmo though.

It's OK for Jerry to go down ans check on Romo's health, getting involved in in-game player matters is ridiculous, but par for the course.

That's because's he's in his suite with his headphones listening to the other team's coaches

Nice! I don't think what Jerry did was outrageous as some, he is the owner of the team and can be as involved as he wants to be.

He certainly can be. The question is if it is smart to be. No one is an expert in everything, and sometimes the best management decision is to defer to the people who you have hired who are supposed to have expertise in the area.

the issue is you are fricking with the man you hired to run your team on the field. you have a HC. im sure his personel knew the romo situation. i dont think jerry just went down there to say "romo is good to go." it was probably more of "you put romo back in now." jerry jones might as well be HC as well with the way he runs the team

Things you will see though, is the GM like Loomis and others doing this. Jerry is the GM, so this isnt that unique or strange really

Name a time when Mickey Loomis did this to Sean Payton.

If JJ would have just stayed put and watched the game he'd have noticed that weeden led the 2 best drives of the night.
