Alot of LSU fans are also country music fans. But you wouldnt say "country music fans turned on Whitworth"

I can't tell you any of Georgia's OL from last season. I can't probably go 4 deep at RB.
And that's just off the top of my head. If I got to hear names first I'd absolutely know the RBs of most top schools in the SEC who then went on to play in the NFL. Especially if they were Henry's backup, played against my favorite team a few times, and had massive plays in the National Championship.

I'm equating it to knowing a guy with the second most starts in NCAA history, played bama 4 times, and has played in the NFL for 13 years with the 10th most starts of active players.
