Harden's 0-of-15 start was the most missed shots in a row to start a game in playoff history.

And somehow the Jazz couldn't win. This has to be demoralizing for the Jazz. James Harden just posted one of the worst offensive performances in playoff history.

Harden had his neck decapitated. What do you expect?

Eh, wouldn't hang my head if I'm the Jazz, they have nothing to be ashamed of.

Truly one of the GOATs. Shots weren't falling down for him but still able to will his team to victory.

I'd say it's definitely a down year in the West Conf. compared to last year, making the Rox probability of winning a title much higher, especially since Boogie went down.

Had 10 assists. Also had 6 steals and a 14 point 4th quarter to lead the team to victory.

He was bad for 3 quarters, but his 4th quarter helped win the Rockets the game, especially the clutch 3 he hit with a minute left.

It was not one of the worst performances in playoff history. He finished the game with:

22 pts, 10 assists, 6 steals and was a +4 for the game.

Not a good performance overall, but he still helped the team win. That’s what makes him such a great player. He can have a horrific game by his own standards and still contribute positively to his team winning.

lol at anyone who thinks there's even an outside chance a team other than the warriors wins the league.

you can never ever measure a James hardwn level players impact by a mere shooting percentage. Like coach quin said hardwn is like AI artificial intelligence. He is like playing chess against a computer. No matter what move or adjustment the mere human makes the computer / ie hardwn will automatically make the correct counter move. he moves the defense around like pawns I don’t think you can forget about that regardless of if a handful of shots rims out that night. Just something to ponder.

Yes he definitely helped is team win other ways last but he didn't have a horrific game by his own standards. He had a horrific game by anybody's standards.

I think the way he plays, there’s an artistic nature to it. The feel that he has for different things on the court. He’s able to put the ball on different locations that he wants, to manipulate spacing. He can anticipate help and rotations and find people. His mind is, obviously he’s skilled, but I think the way that he processes the game at that level. He literally sees the whole court. If someone’s not looking at him, he’ll find the guy that isn’t being guarded. That makes it hard, when whatever it is that you’re doing, he’s got real-time counters. It’s a challenge in that sense. It’s a challenge for our guys (to defend Harden). We’re glad to have the opportunity and see what we can make of it. He functions at a high level.

When you are at this level an off shooting night doesn’t make it a “bad game”. Hardwns impact is immense. Regardless of if shots fall.
That’s why he has lead our league in win share 4 times. A feat that only Kareem lebron and Jordan himself have accomplished.

Why are you using field goal percentage? Did we get transported back to 1999?

Steph was 3-14 yesterday but we all know the klay don’t go off without the attention Steph draws. Bad game for Steph? Nah. Bad shooting game maybe. But his impact is apparent regardless of if a shot goes in.

Hardwn has lead top 12 all time offense each of the last three seasons with a Fraction of the talent that Steph has. I have Steph above harden for now but after harden gets his finals mvp this year he jumps both Steph and Kevin on the all time list. And I am a big fan of both Steph and Kevin.

Lol yeah we were 1000% right when we said guys like MCW and Melo were scrubs for replacements for guys like luc and trevor. And you said Melo would be in the running for 6 man and MCW would get a nice contract for looking so good with Rox. You not exactly Nostradamus with your Rox predictions either bubba.

We said CC would be better entering the playoffs than they were last year. You thogujt theh would fall off Bc they 6 and 7th best players left. We reminded you that Daryl said you improve your team during the year, not in the offseason. You didn’t listen.

Also We called every playoff series last year down to the exact game. Two g sweeps then goat In 7. we thought this series would be a g swee. But is a four gamer. Historically when I have been off it’s from underrrating them.

Rockets this year aren’t better than last year, but GSW is not as good either so I expect a similar series to last year.
