Its how capitalism works.
Whether college sports fans think it works for them to remain fans is a separate issue.
Agree. These are paid players. There should be the ability to cut them and withdraw their salary if their performance doesn't meet specified expectations.

There was a contract that was terminated. Allegedly there was only one termination clause, but the articles I’ve seen haven’t specified what the clause was. If they didn’t honor it, the kid should get paid.
