re: Is the WNBA beginning to figure out Queen Cait? (updated)

quote:Yes, thanks for the correction. I was giving her too much credit. I mean, after all, she is a generational talent and all.
She scored 9 points and had 8 turnovers.
She didn’t score 9 last night. She scored 6. 0-6 from 3. 8 TO. More turnovers than points.
She got pulled in the third quarter. And that's coincidentally when the team took off. Why? Because that team is loaded with talent and they didn't have to rely on their generational talent.
Kelsey Mitchell - Indiana's best guard - shot 57% from the field ( including 5-for-7 on 3-pointers) for 26 points.
Aliyah Boston - the player this team should be relying on instead of their generational talent, poured in 31 points.
And guess what? Indiana won the game. They no longer have a losing record. Imagine that.

It will be interesting to see moving forward just how far her race and sexual orientation can carry her now that she's been exposed as just another player in the WNBA.
Posted on 6/25/25 at 11:35 am to TX Tiger
lol her recent struggles got you hard as a brick….cause sHe wYtE dOe.

They should probably sag off of her and focus more on stopping the post play from what you're saying. If only teams were as smart as you.

This troll job is becoming sad.

We get it, you're cool with racist homophobes. You've made that perfectly clear.
Good Lord, you have such a high and unearned opinion of yourself. Newsflash, people can root for whoever they want for whatever reason they like. No one needs your approval to be a fan. You can't force people to root for the black chick because it makes you feel good about your own self-perceived virtue. This whole trip you're on is completely idiotic.

Yet you are not. You run from people who bring up stats to counter your point. I’m not a basketball fan so I can’t argue her skill versus other players. However you stating that she is popular because she is white and straight (supposedly) doesn’t add up since the league has other straight white women.
I always appreciate a good troll job but you should probably throw in the towel on this one…..or at least come up with better stuff.

Not sure why you're confused. And you seem unusually bothered by this. That in itself is quite telling.

How many times are you gonna use this tired nonsense? Just smugly make vague accusations with no elaboration and zero supporting evidence. Feel free to tell us what's quite telling. It's broken record stupidity.

Not bothered at all. It's just stale and you haven't proven anything....
....and you are the one calling it the Cait Cult and Queen Cait....
...again....start trolling with a different subject.

quote:Well, I don't expect you to read through 7 pages of this thread, but I have clearly proven my point without a shadow of a doubt. If you aren't convinced then maybe you should read through it. And if you don't care to read through it I'm not sure why you bother to make the accusations that you do.
It's just stale and you haven't proven anything....
quote:Well, I probably should trademark "Cait Cult" since I did make that one up. "Queen Cait" has been around for quite some time now.
.and you are the one calling it the Cait Cult and Queen Cait....
quote:O.K., then triggered.

Not bothered at all.

quote:As I said before, you aren't worth the effort to make a list. But here's your starting point. Go to WNBA.com and look at the 51 players who have a better shooting percentage than Queen Cait.
Wheres your list?
If that's not good enough for you, check out the 53 WNBA players who have a better 3-point shooting percentage than Queen Cait.
quote:I never said that.
Are you claiming that what I posted below is inaccurate
quote:Since you've admitted you've never watched a single game, I'll help you out here.
If I watched the games, would I come to the conclusion that these facts below are false?
Last season, Queen Cait was the featured player on a bad team, so obviously she had the spotlight on her and the team depended on her to score the majority of their points.
This season, the team is revamped and loaded from the head coach on down. And where is Queen Cait on this loaded team? She's nowhere to be found. She's 52nd in the league in FG% and 54th in the league in 3-pt% in addition to leading the league (by a wide margin) in turnovers per game average.
Now that she's on a team of actual players, she's nowhere to be found. Like I said, she's just another player in the league.
Is she a good basketball player? Yes. But guess what, so are many, many, many others. That's been my point all along, which you don't seem to grasp.
Maybe if you ever watched a game, you might agree.
Now that I've answered your question, try answering mine: Why does a person who's never watched a single WNBA game stick his nose in every WNBA thread like he knows what he's talking about?

Of course not lol

Based on what exactly? The stats you cherry pick?
Why can’t you make a list?
Posted on 6/27/25 at 8:50 am to TackySweater
quote:Two reasons:
Why can’t you make a list?
1. You're not worth the effort.
2. The WNBA did it for me.
Go check it out. You might learn something, since you've never watched a single game.

Just like I thought. 20+ requests and you still can’t lol
Thanks for playing.
Thanks for playing.

Well, that's too bad. I gave you not one, but two lists, hoping you might learn something since you've never seen a game.
And you never answered my question.

I won’t learn anything from watching lol
Funny you started responding when this got anchored. I wonder why lol

You might want to let the thousands of scouts roaming the country know that they're just wasting their time watching players play.
