Now that it's simplified under Tim Beck, Martinez is going to have a great year. Probably will never pass more than 200 ypg.. but will be a threat to pass for 150 and rush for almost 100 every game. That's just my opinion.

Which is really all you need out of a QB in that system. Plus Nebraska strong suit is it's defense.

Cousins, Persa and Robinson are ahead of Wilson imo.

I need to watch some tapes on Persa and Robinson. Because, out of the four names above. I've only seen Cousins (Notre Dame game & Capital One Bowl) & Wilson play.

Gray played QB and WR last year and is getting the job to himself this year so we'll see how that turns out.

Of the proven QBs, Wilson is solid and a perfect fit for Wisconsin who only turned the ball over ( TIMES last year. That's an insane stat.

Persa is a smart efficient QB, but he's coming off Achilles tendon surgery at the end of last year. He could be the best QB in the Big Ten this year. Northwestern isn't a team to be overlooked in a pretty wide open Big Ten this year...

Best coach + best qb = CHAMPIONSHIP.

I love me some NW this year.

Yep. I think you're going to see Nebraska run an offense similar to Oregon's.. lots of speed out of the backfield.

If recievers can catch the ball, and Martinez makes better decisions, you'll see his passing game improve dramatically from last year.

I'd like to see NW bustout and do something crazy. Just because they're the little guy

Nebraska has a really good shot at winning it this year. If I had to put money on it, I'd take the Huskers.

Just all depends on how they improve their run D.

They have been excellent vs the pass the last two years in a pass happy Big 12.. but last year they struggled against the run.. and obviously the Big 10 is more of a running conference.

I don't see how Wisconsin and Nebraska don't meet in Indy. Just my opinion, unless Ohio State starts Braxton and he tears it up. Our D is good enough to take us there. but with a new QB and coach I don't see us being consistent enough.

The legends is the better division this year for sure imo. Good luck coming out of there on top.

Good luck to the Buckeyes as well in the leaders.

Just hope Pelini doesn't let this team "sight see".. as in get too caught up in being in the new stadiums, atmospheres, etc. I think it could make a huge difference between a possible Big 10 Championship, or a 7-8 win season.

There's nothing to see in Lincoln.

Oh, wait. The stadium

OSU and NU will be a very close game, IMO. I'm thinking a 24-21 type.

Watch more North Carolina State games 7thWard. Wilson is a stud and makes Wisconsin a legitimate National Championship contender.

Very overrated, but he brings experience to Wisconsin's QB situation, which is all they really need to win...
