And when Revis is getting away with defensive holding 15 yards downfield it's a thing of beauty.

Question: How many 1st and 2nd round picks does it take Belichick to find a good starting CB?

Answer: 5, but analyst are too busy giving him mouth love below the waist

And who thinks Revis will regain his old form when he returns ?

Profootballfocus had McCourty rated as one of the worst corners in the league earlier this season before he switched to safety.

This was a tricky one. Cromartie was the only sure fire selection, allowing just 42.3% of throws into his coverage to be complete while assuming the Revis role of manning up with a team’s top receiver more often than not. We’ve paired him with McCourty who has playing well at cornerback and is now playing well at safety. It seemed wrong to omit him for excelling at two spots. Thirdly we went with the versatile Harris who is showing signs of developing into one of the best cornerbacks in the league. That said there were strong cases and many profanities uttered as the team made their cases for Alterraun Verner, Brandon Flowers, Kareem Jackson and Adam Jones.

PFF is watching a different Mccourty than me

I love his safety play but he seemed to always get beat at corner

This year he was incredibly unlucky. He'd have great coverage, but there is no coverage to the perfect throw.

His refusal to turn his head always pissed me off.

Now he doesn't have to worry about turning his head as he's a safety

This is whats frustrating. He doesnt get "burnt" hes always right there, but somehow that reciever gets the catch and the first/touchdown.

Hes been solid at safety though for sure. At the beginning of the year we were trotting out rookies to play safety, now we have 3 veteran safeties to give our corners a chance to make plays

You people do realize Browner is the best corner on the Seahawks right?

I must have pulled something from last season up, my bad. Regardless, it's probably not accurate to describe McCourty as one of the only dominant corners in the league

I can agree with that. He'll never be a "dominant" corner that is able to completely shut down a WR. When he's at his best, he'll allow a couple receptions, but capitalize on a 50/50 ball and pick it off. More of a ballhawk then a shutdown, which is why they moved him to safety.
