I can't listen to him with Chris Carter. The way that they argue with each other (even if in a friendly way) puts me in an irritated mood before I even get to work. I think most of it is Carter (for me).

I have started listening to him solo in the afternoons a little more. I usually agree on most topics and it's nearly all NFL talk with the usual big stories of the day/week.

Joel Klatt is the worst. Hands down, no question about about it. I’ve never seen someone that actually played a sport know so little about it and say such dumb shite. I mean, the guy thinks Jim Harbaugh walks on water...and that isn’t much of an exaggeration.

I can somewhat agree here, but Joel is very connected within the college football world. He at least provides some substance on the inner workings of the sport. His takes are wildly biased, but every time I watch one of his interviews, he always seems to have a story about a player or coach that I've never heard before.

He almost definitely does not watch any sports, that's for sure.

That was not the original quote I believe, but he had no idea Burrow was on OSU's roster at one point

Cowherd spreads his coverage too thin. If he stuck to NFL he could be alright, but anytime he talks College, I turn the channel.

He’s a national sports show

What’s he’s supposed to do? Just decline to interview Urban Meyer?

I may not always agree with his takes, but Nick is one of the most read-up talking head on any given topic.

Ex: He gave all the same logical/statistical points for Brees winning MVP (pre-Cowboys game) that only Saints fans were pointing out when Brees was earning it with record stats & wins. This while Shannon, Skip Stephen A, Max, etc... only basing their propaganda on "Oh my god, did you see Mahomes' no-look pass? He's the MVP"

Jesse Palmer is easily the most informed studio talking head that can backup every single opinion with stats, history & reason. Nick is equally well-informed but looks and sounds like a weasel and sometimes makes an odd judgement/deduction.

This has NOTHING to do with Jordan or his qualifications for the job. Not sure why you included this

Sure it does, when you pair it with the fact that Jordan played SEC football himself. Jordan grew up with Aaron. That's closer than most people get to understanding the traits of one of the best NFL QBs, regardless of how tumultuous their relationship is. It's definitely not a major qualification, but it certainly means more than nothing.

Ok, soo using your analogy, melania trump could be president tomorrow?

If you called a plumber to clear out your pipes, and he sent his stay at home housewife (OT3), you would be ok with it?

What a horrible analogy

If the housewife was a plumber in the best plumbing industry in america for 3 years, yes, I would. And I would probably deduce that she learned a thing or two from her plumber husband.

No it wasn’t

Also, what aaron does, has NOTHING to do with Jordan. They don’t even speak, so how is he supposed to learn from his brother

I’m just saying, just because his brother is an all time great QB, that doesn’t mean he is going to be better prepared to be an analyst than someone else. Then couple that with the fact they don’t speak, I think people are just grasping at straws...
