Mike Evans may be the best college WR I've ever seen besides Larry Fitzgerald.
In hindsight, he basically made Johnny Manziel's entire career.
He's also going to be a HOF WR, but 1ST ballot WRs have to be in the Randy Moss type category now because there are so many of them that are backlogged.

He’ll get in
He just had another 12 td season

He'll be a Hall of Famer but these days no WR this side of Larry Fitzgareld gets in in his first year of eligibility.
