12–5 vs. Tom Osborne
5–3 vs. Jimmy Johnson
3-0 vs.Bobby Bowden
1–0 vs. Joe Paterno
That's a pretty impressive list if you ask me.

Hes not the GOAT college football head coach ,but hes one the best football coaches in general. He did what Saban could not do, win a championship at the NFL level when the playing field is relatively even.

Nick Saban will eventually end up the GOAT college football head coach. Hes already the GOAT of all time when it comes to recruitment. Alabama is a tier above all other schools when it comes to recruitment.

Bear dominated 2 different decades of college football. 3 championships in 60s and 3 more in 70s. Undisputed goat.

It's all relative. A lot of these old all time greats played one or two good teams all season every season back before the 90s. Which is why most were stuck on 1 loss every season.

I would love to see how his teams would perform in this era of college football.
