We are a dumpster fire. 3 coaches in half a season.
1st one left because he felt he had no control of the team. President told him that he was unable to prevent players from skipping practice to protest etc. he was also a bad coach.
Scotty Walden supposedly a nice, young up and coming coaching prospect but was being paid 110k as interim and was offered the AP job which I’m sure is more lucrative and not an interim job.

Its fine for a first year, 30 y/o headcoach. He was probably told he wasn’t being considered at USM.
