That's worse than bounty gate, if any player purposely tried to get Carr hurt, that player ought to be banned for life.

Well I'll link the play where Carr was injured:

It looks like a screen to the near side which is pretty much dead after about a second. Marshall Newhouse was blocking but seems to drift left a bit because of a LB, which allowed his guy around on the right. That person helped turn Carr but it was the last hit by Adam Gotsis that injured him. That couldn't have really been planned.
Now maybe they did a poor job some other time during the game, but it doesn't look like horrible blocking on the play.
