Somehow Mr. Larry O'Brien has been impossible for him to grasp.

Hardens three year run is inferior to three year runs of lebron and goat himself. That’s about it.

I'm taking Shaq's three year run over Harden. 99-00 season through 01-02 season

3 1st team all NBA
1 MVP
2 2nd team defensive
3 Titles
3 Finals MVPs

Bird 84-86:

3 1st team all NBA
3 MVPs
1 2nd team defensive
2 titles
2 Finals MVPs

Hakeem 94-96:
1 1st team all NBA
1 2nd team all NBA
1 3rd team all NBA
1 MVP
1 Def MVP
1 1st team Def
1 2nd team def
2 titles
2 finals MVPs

Kareem 71-73:
3 1st team all NBA
2 MVPs
1 2nd team def
1 title
1 finals MVP

Magic 88-90:
3 1st team all NBA
2 MVPs
1 title

Lebron himself, second best player ever, is 1-8 v this iteration of the warriors. You don’t have to be very big picture at all to see what happened here. Harden and these rockets would beat many many title winning teams of the past. They got stuck up against the very best team ever. Hardwn still has 5 years of elite play. So his time will come very soon. His window is just opening.

How would you compare KD’s last three years to Harden’s?

There hasn’t been once single voter who didn’t have hardwn first team all nba.

And there hasnt been a single vote for harden for anything worse than MVP runner up.

In Over 3 YEARS.

And Bird won 3 straight MVPs, and Shaq won 3 straight Finals MVPs while making other teams his bitch.

I feel like that paragraph is missing something.

What could it be?

Bird three best years being cherry picked I don’t know if they are as good as hardens last three when we looking at the major metrics.

You're talking about a Harden 3 year run. I provided you with a 3 year run for Bird. What are you even talking about with regards to cherry picking? Unless you think I just picked his 3 best years and they weren't consecutive, because you thought wrong if that's the case.

bro I am talking about the metrics. You can pick bird best three Year’s of his career. It don’t even have to be those three, you can space the years out. Be my guest. and they will not be as good as hardwn last 3 consecutively. And remember harden hasn’t even peaked yet

Harden last 3 years Win shares: 15.0,15.4,15.2
Bird 84-86: 13.6,15.7,15.8
Shaq 00-02: 18.6,14.9,13.2

Harden's been more consistent, but both Bird and Shaq had higher peaks. Once again they also won titles during these periods and Bird won 3 straight MVPs since you like to point out Harden's top two in votes streak.

ETA: Kareem 71-73: 22.3,25.4,21.9

Early & mid 4th quarter is not the same as crunch time, 2:00 minutes remaining or less 4th quarter.

Oh, so you're just going to keep trying to move the goalposts until you get the answer you're looking for?

Even still, you are dead wrong.

2018-19 playoffs, 4th quarter 2:00 or less remaining:

Kawhi: 5 for 18 for 28%
Harden: 7 for 14 for 50%

Including 2:00 or less remaining in overtime:

Kawhi: 8 for 23 for 34.8%
Harden: 9 for 17 for 53.0%

Imagine what hardens playoff averages would look like if he had 5 games v the lowly magic to bring those averages up.

They would be out-talented.

Collections of talent do not win championships, TEAMS win championships and both threepeat Bulls were GREAT TEAMS coached by GREAT COACHES, they could play slow-down, fast break, great defense (one of the best of the era), great rebounding, they had spot-up shooters who could knock down threes, lockdown point forward in Pippen, great interior unselfish post play with Grant, Cartwright, Rodman, great long perimeter defender in Ron Harper, effective role players off the bench who contributed both ways both threepeats, Phil Jackson, Clemons, Bach, Tex Winter and the greatest 2-way force maybe in the history of the game Michael Jeffrey Jordan, I mean you're basically talking about the perfect TEAM there and they validated their place in history by turning back all comers in the Finals and the Beastern Conference. IDK how anyone beats this team in a 7 game series forreal.
