Name calling just shows ones own ignorance. Are you talking about the post that says he shut down Durant at the end of one game?

He was guarding Jefferson and the Red Rocket last night. Come on.

He's shut down Durant multiple times, as well as many quick point guards over the past few seasons. If you don't think he's a very good defender when he wants to be, then you clearly either aren't watching the games or you're blinded by your dislike of him.

Are you seriously calling ME out for that?

I'm assuming you're trolling now cause I doubt you forgot you quoted me as saying "i'm just dumb", and left off the rest of the word.

Did you forget about that or something?

The MSB is at it's absolute worst its ever been lately. Just sad.

I honestly don't even know what to say to this.

A good time to check out of this thread on something like that.

I'm just dumbfounded.

Maybe if you take BRON'S DICK out of your mouth you could pay attention. BRON is RUINING this team.

Well I guess I can agree with this. Defense is about effort and fundamentals anyway. Maybe come the playoffs he will feel like playing defense.

Whats aggravating about you is that in your eyes James can do NOTHING wrong. Zero, nothing. You defend every aspect of every game he plays, every douchebag statement or action. At least I can say, even though I hated him since the night of the Indians/Yankees game that although he is:

A punk
A bitch
A crybaby
A total and complete douche in every sense of the word.
A non clutch, pussy quitter, loser

he has talent that cant be denied.

Why do you quote me for that then start talking about some other stuff?

You call me dumb, or worse, leave a part of a word out and quote incorrectly me saying I'm dumb, then you cry when I call you a dummy about how ignorant I am like you NEVER said anything, LOL.

WTF, then you ignore my response and start talking about other shite?

It wasnt in response to that post. I just looked for a recent post to direct this post to you.

I shouldnt have incinuated that you were calling yourself dumb.

How about a response to defending every single move of James 100%. Have you ever been critical of the King?

Trust me, that part doesn't bother me. Just dont cry when I dish it back at you.

Yes, after the Boston series. But the problem is, a lot of you guys will say radical type stuff, and in a time even after the boston series where i criticize him, i still end up defending him more from so many laughable comments, so the criticisms go unnoticed, but they were there.

I missed that. What were you critical about concerning that series?

He shot like 33% and had 1000 turnovers in the final 3 games. While he did do other things well, there's not much NOT to criticize.

But I also didn't go off the ledge and call him a choker and quitter like most did and say he quit in all of the last 3 games, because i was also rational about it.

But I'm sure you remember the stuff that was said about him, it went WAY beyond "he just played bad", so those comments go unnoticed and I just reply to the other posts in the threads, which were all going overboard with hate.

Is James your favorite player? Ever? Do you have a specific NBA team that you have always been a fan of?

Don't have a favorite player ever.

Hornets fan since the move to new orleans.

Just a huge fan of the NBA.

Chris Paul is my favorite player now for obvious reasons.

I'm guessing I know where this is headed and th answer is, no one really responds when I talk about Paul of the hornets at 4am lol.

But with lebron I'll always get a response immediately. I respond to what is posted and lebron is obviously talked about more then anyone else.

I think I've only ever started one thread about lebron. I'd bet just about every hater who loves to give me shite about sticking up for him has started more threads about him than I have lol.

Why do you think that a majority of NBA fans hate James now. Last season, even though I already dispised him, everyone seemed to love the guy. Now the entire league booes him and every "survey" Ive seen has fans hating him. How does one drop this far in a year?

in general, for teaming up with wade and bosh in Miami. And The Decision obviously took it to another level. But he would still be hated on much more then last year even without the decision.

What's most annoying is seeing guys who hate him for what he did off the court continually allow that to cloud there judgments of him on the court.

The 2 should be mutually exclusive but clearly it isn't that way on the msb.

This is what I find fascinating. And my answer is that most people are easily manipulated by the media. LeBron is cast as the villain, so poeple lap up the storyline.

Besides, we need villains. We grew tired of the old storyline.

I think the Kobe is the best closer and lebron sucks in the clutch is about the best example of people buying into what the media tells them.

Like u said, it really is fascinating to watch as it happens.

The way we treat sports as a cathedral and not for what it is, a game, irks me to no end.
