I hated big brown
I refused to bet him in anything. I get like that. Boy says its because I'm a crazy girl.
Yeah, Iha 15-1.
10-1 when he won the Santa anita derby and 43-1 for the Lewis
Wish I'd had him in the Lewis, but that's when I noticed him.

No, you hated Dutrow and IHEA.

Didn't like big brown and his crappy feet either.
Maybe I was mad because his daddy passed on his foot problems, and I knew the more he won the more in demand he'd be as a stud, and he'd probably continue the family tradition.
Still don't like dutrow. The way he conducted himself in interviews that year killed me.

I do think so.
His momma is by arch. Anyone on here knows how much I love him.
The thing about him is that he has great gate speed and tactical speed. He has versatility to adjust to the race as it unfolds, unlike some others. He also has heart.
Just read that back and it's present tense. Too lazy to fix so change to past.
Also, to anyone betting the mare grass race, throw dancinginherdreams or whatever to the exotics. Looked great on grass on oaks day.

ESPN ran a ticker that said he was retired. Does that mean what I think it means?
Posted on 6/8/12 at 8:22 pm to Aspercel
wow didn't see that. that's shocking
Posted on 6/8/12 at 8:32 pm to PokerChamp21
Soft tissue injuries take a long time and there's no guarantee that the horse will come back the same. Smarter to retire, I guess.
At least I can cheer for my love michael matz again
I tell boy all the time I'd dump him in a heartbeat for matz (kidding, of course, but he doesn't need to know that)

All my money is gonna be on either Union Rags or Paynter now. Probably gonna put those two on an exacta, and maybe bet the board on Street Life just because I like his name..

understand that. BELIEVE ME.
Hubby runs in the most crooked place around... Evangeline. I can't wait til fair grounds starts back.
My point in that was that usually the vets are assisting because needles can get a trainer banned.
i dont think they test every horse before the race. They go to the holding barn before every race but i think they pick one race a nite to draw blood from.
And milkshakes are easy. They go through a stomach tube.
What I was trying to say (while driving) was that that horse wasn't milkshaked (is that even a word?).
You at least seem to know what you are talking about, so you understand that when a horse has been given a milkshake, the tco2 level is off the charts. There's no wiggle room.
And the milkshake has to been given about an hr before they run to have any effect. And when they do a milkshake test (at least here) they draw blood from every horse in the race before the race is run. Winners obviously are tested every time.
I'm sorry. It's all just frustrating me do much because oneill is a pretty good horseman.

They do pick one a night, but holding barns don't happen everywhere. If not, they go to your barn.
Down here just delta and Evangeline.
Where do you run?
Also, winners go to the test barn, so you can get caught that way too.
Since you know what's up, can you please help me explain how high something tests when it's been milkshaked? Not .02% over, that's for sure.

Use dancinginherdreams in the grass mare race for exotics. Saw her win good at Churchill on oaks day.
I'll look more tomorrow. I'm edging near drunk so I fear I'm no longer making sense
