I think Amare would probably throw the first punch, then D-Howard would step back, rub his nose and lick the blood(like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber), smile, then he'd choke slam Amare and stomp on his head for about 5 or 6 minutes.

I'd probably say Howard and Amare would be close, I'd just give the edge to Howard. KG would get his arse beat, in all likely hood, by those two. JMO.

I definitely agree that Howard wouldn't throw the first punch because he's to nice. After he gets pissed though...its over.
