Give em Miss State's schedule and they lose at least 3 out of the 5 games against LSU, Bama, @Arkansas, SC, and @Auburn. That amazing SEC win they got against Georgia will be the 6th toughest game for Miss State.

arkansas beats boise no question
florida would beat boise
lsu beats boise
alabama beats boise

one of these next few would beat them
south carolina
tenn this year could beat boise
houston nutt could probably gimmick out a win against them.

it is too much talent, and too much physical play for boise to face week in week out. it would make a huge difference. i just do not see the athletes on THIS year's boise's team to keep up.

heck auburn and mississippi st could give them a game this year.

I see you left out georgia

Guess what, we have no fricking idea what is right or wrong. There is no proof that they would run the table or come out with one loss. Also, it is quite inane to "know" that they would 6-7 or lose at least four games.

At this point, I think it would be quite comical for Boise to make it to the NCG and pound Bama's arse like 49-0. I do not think the SEC could handle it. Then again, I do not envision this to be a realistic scenario.

last years boise team would have had 1 loss at worst.

Don't be stupid, Boise wouldn't have beaten Auburn,Bama,LSU, or Arkansas last year.

Im no expert on your schedules but does anyone play all these teams in one year?

Every time this SEC schedule comparison is brought up, everyone spouts off the entire SEC as if they all play each other while completely disregarding the OOC dogs.

In a typical SEC schedule, Boise would start off with 3-4 rent-a-wins. Then play 4 dogs of the SEC and then 4 really tough teams.

So they would typically have 7-8 wins before worrying...That's the starting point - go from there.

I love how Boise fans think they proved something by beating the 7th or 8th best SEC team

I am unaware that it was "amazing". I would consider merely a nice OOC win where they went to a packed Dome and beat UGA handily.

If they were actually in the SEC they'd have an equal SEC revenue split and would be able to recruit more depth, so the question has to be considered in context.

Are you saying Boise pays players? Listen, Boise State is a jumped up junior college, in a shitty state, with shitty weather. Their stadium seats maybe 34,000 on a good day. Even if the expanded it to maximum capacity, they would get to MAYBE 56,000. That's why no big teams will go play them. Their stadium sucks and there's no room for visiting fans. Hell, Alabama could fill their little shite hole of a stadium with just those that choose to drive to the game in their RVs.

SEC revenue sharing isn't going to build them a brand spanking new stadium, make them anymore than a jumped up JUCO, or move the city of Boise to Florida.

They will continue to be a team that coaches up their kids for one big game a year and tries to play spoiler. That is all they will ever be.

I'll just project based on LSUs schedule

Oregon - loss
NWST - win
@miss St - win
@ WVU - win
Kentucky - win
Florida - loss
@Tennessee - loss
Auburn - loss
@ bama - loss
WKU - win
@ Ole Miss - win
Arkansas - loss

8-4 at best. More likely 6-6

South Carolina's schedule-probably 0, maybe 1.
Mississippi St's schedule-0-2

Anyone who doesn't think they are a good team is doing so on no evidence.

I love how you backwards fricks think that a team that is not ranked has a good chance of beating Boise.

Let's take a random schedule. I used a random number generator and assigned each team to a number alphabetically. The resulting number was 1, so they are assigned to replace Alabama in this random simulation.

Alabama's schedule:
Kent State
@ Penn State
North Texas
Arkansas
@ Florida
Vanderbilt
@ Ole Miss
Tenn
LSU
@ Miss State
GA Southern
@ Auburn

Remember, the home games are played in Boise, so that is a huge disadvantage for the road team. However, Boise will have to travel across the country for nearly half of their games.

If I had to guess, then I would say they would lose to LSU. @ Florida and Arkansas are pretty much toss-ups, but I think they would win one (probably Arkansas cause of home field). There would be some other tough games, but I would guess they would lose two games this year. Then, they would go play in something like the Cotton Bowl or Capital One Bowl because LSU presumably wins the West and advances to the Dome likely against SC.

Two losses in the SEC would be my best guess through a random number generator.

No bias here

They can and i think would beat Oregon, UT, and Auburn. Arky and UF would be toss ups. The only sure losses I would say are Bama and LSU in the SEC. They would be competitive against the other teams.

There's really not. Everyone here can attest that I am anything but biased. The teams I have listed as a loss would physically dominate Boise. The 4 losses in a row would be because they are so beat up
