I watched a man cuffed for eating a sandwich on a train platform in Oakland.
There are thousands of laws you have never even heard of.
Cops have testified in front congress that it is nearly impossible to drive 10 miles without committing a traffic violation.
Cops have discretion to detain whoever they want and can literally pull an infraction out of their arse.
