She was smart enough to get into college, she should have been smart enough to not fall to peer pressure. i didn't succumb to it when I was her age.

That makes it ok that a bunch of creep fricks are going to her and getting her drunk? I used to get drunk when I was a freshmen in high school to look cool to the seniors. At 15 you are a child, still lost in the world. You do what you can for acceptance when you feel like you're an outcast.
