Yeah, and winning the Super Bowl is a team accomplishment. Can't judge individual greatness on team achievements.

You can't judge stats that way either. Manning wasn't blocking, throwing, and catching all by himself. By the way I bet you had to google all those stats. No one has to google super bowl rings.

I'm from NOLA and I can't stand the Manning family, especially Peyton.

Bunch of smug SOB's.

This isn't Brady's resume.

Tonight Brady proved once and for all-time that he is the greatest to ever play the game at the QB position.

Season Averages manning has more tds, higher completion %, more passing yards, and higher qb rating.

The only thing that shows brady as the better qb are team accomplishments.

With better weapons at wide receiver and with near total control of the offense. There have been many games over the course of Brady's career where the game plan has called for them to run the ball 30 times to win the game.

There's no doubt that Manning is a better passer than Brady.....but there's more to the position than that.

Just like Brady has always had the superior defense and coach.

If we are being honest a case cam be made for these 5 qbs to be the goat.

Marino
Montana
Elway
Manning
Brady

Brady is the most accomplished of them all.

The biggest argument against Brady is the fact that it's hard to shoot down the counter argument that while he is a great QB, the only reason why he is in the argument for GOAT is not because of his superlative skills, but Bill Belichick's.

And what has Bill Belichick done to receive sole credit for this dynasty in New England? He wasn't the biggest success in Cleveland and his first season with the Patriots was an unmitigated disaster. When Brady stepped into the starting job in 2001, New England was 0-2. They finished the season 11-5.

A lot of people point to 2008 to trumpet that it's mainly Belichick's coaching but conveniently leave out the fact that the '08 Patriots were virtually the same team that had gone 16-0 the year before. Without Brady they finished 11-5 and missed the playoffs. Had it been Brady QBing that year and not Cassel, that team finishes 14-2 at the worst.

At the end of the day, I think Manning would trade his career for Brady's, whereas Brady wouldn't trade his for Manning's. No objective person would. The one stat above all others is rings.

Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw,

They played in the real NFL, where QBs weren't coddled and the offense was favored by rule changes.

So what you're saying is, Brady is 3 games better than Cassel?

if the patriots wouldve bailed him out in Denver last year like they did last night Brady wouldve been a better QB tho. metrics and stats dont matter, its why Derek Fisher > Chris Paul. 20 years worth of career stats are no match for a malcolm butler interception on the 1 and a falcons 25 point collapse in the casual fans eyes

I feel like you just threw together a few thoughts and made it up to be in your head as though it's a real thing. And now you're talking shite about it. Come on, bruh. Quit trying so hard to start a fight.

So Terry Bradshaw is the second greatest quarterback of all time? And Drew Brees is just top 30?

You can't win the Super Bowl without a football and only one player touches the ball on every single play. The Patriots don't win without Brady's heroics tonight.

So the Center is responsible.

Just messing with you. Brady, and it's not close.
