I think LSU can be successful running against Bama but I agree we will need to hit some of the passes we missed on against aTm.

ONLY if they back the D up with some pass plays. IMO the TE over the middle should be open all night.... BUT Miles wants to play big ten football.
The fact is there is NO diception with this LSU offense. Saban already has it figured out.

You'd take Minter over Te'o in a 3-4 scheme? Not me. It depends on the defense. They're both great players.

Didn't really answer the question. Te'o will project better for 3-4 defenses than Minter.

I don't think Teo is athletic or strong enough to play the position in a 3 - 4 at the next level....... I think ND as a whole would get worked right now by power teams like LSU and Bama....... He contributes to that IMO.

That doesn't make sense at all. Did you mean to say 4-3? Te'o is plenty athletic to play the mike or the will in a 3-4. He's the ideal fit in fact.

And on what basis would ND struggle against power teams? I'm confused. I think you have that backwards as well. Their front 7 is big and physical. 6'5, 6'4, and 6'6 along the DL. And their 4 LBs are all over 6'2.

I remember the argument we had last week about DL after tonight some people have to say ND starting DL is as good as LSU's. but LSU still has the better 2's IMO.

What's amazing is Shembo was awful but Nix was a beast.
