While I agree that they aren't an all-time great team yet, they are on the cusp.
Our sophomore/redshirt freshman class is a monster.

The only way we get to the top is playing at the top. Oregon can learn from this and get better.
Oregon played more physical this year than we ever have. It's the first year under a new strength and conditioning philosophy. I think that is part the reason we sustained more injuries than we ever have. The Ducks are getting bigger bodies and adapting. It started with Chip and it will continue.

It started 4/5 games ago. They weren't at the beginning of the season. That's the thing about frosh and sophmores. We caught them peaking and they will take it into next season.

Part of why they looked GOAT had to do with our inability to stretch their defense vertically. Carrington and Allen on the outside might have helped that. I am not sure how much. To go vertically you have to stop the pass rush.

OSU this year will be Urban's potentially 3rd best team at OSU. I think 2016 will be the year where he has a true dominant team.
I will go one to say that the 2013 recruiting class (some sites had that as the #1 class in 2013) will go down as the best ever in OSU history. Some recruiting classes have a couple surefire great players, some bust, but this class was awesome top to bottom. Some of the better players haven't played yet either.

I predicted that LSU would beat us before the game. We didn't have a chance in that game. My excuses had more to do with being outmanned because we graduated the biggest class in the history of Oregon football the year before.
