Damn, it seems like there a lot of commercials. 2 or 3 golf shots then go to a commercial.
Oh well, it allows me to check out the NFL game.

Not sure what happened to the online scorecard for Justin Thomas but it originally gave him a double bogey on 12. Now says he scored a par.

Walker 9 under through 14. I believe the course record is 62 (-11) .

This course is so perfect for his game.

It really is. Long ball hitter that can putt and doesn't really have to worry about being punished for not hitting the ball straight.
What do you look at when betting on PGA? Recent history at course, recent performance, style of play and how it fits the course, etc?

Definitely factor in course history more than most. I've done well backing players with ok form but returning to a place where they have good vibes.
Also like to fade aging, but highly popular and famous players. I'll look to fade McDowell, Phil and a few others in spots this year.

Obviously betting against Tiger was profitable besides the Masters last year.

Where do you bet on Tour golf? Online?
Posted on 1/9/16 at 5:04 pm to COTiger
All good books have "to win tourney" and "matchups" available. Most have daily matchups as well.

I'll reveal how big of a gambling dummy I am. Is a book a local "bookie"?

I'm referring to all of the above.

That putt by Spieth on 12. wow. 40 foot putt made like nothing.

Dude makes like 1 out of every 3 or 4 and the others scare the hole.
GOAT Putter by far

Where he struggles from 5-7, he makes up from 20-25+. Didn't he make them at exactly twice the clip as the next closest guy last year? Or maybe he was twice as good as the average? I think it was the next closest guy.

Spieth's chipping is pretty damn good as well.

Ha! You are right - they beauty about his game is that it is a swing that he can grow into the next 3 decades. He does not have all the torque and stress that ate up Tiger's body.
It will be interesting to see what happens when he decides to get married then have kids...I bet he focuses on family first then golf a distant second.

People change, but he seems like his goal is to be the best ever.
