Never underestimate UVA’s ability to frick up a football game, but yes, UVA is the better team and should win regardless of refs.

There's a strong possibility Virginia would have lost to Illinois, Tulane, Georgia Tech, and/or UConn (all on Duke's schedule).

I wouldn't be surprised if Duke pulled off the upset, simply because the gap between most ACC teams is pretty small.
