Its a privately owned company like WWE so we don't know the details of salary. Brock is getting 2.5 million tonight though.

You can see them here. Some of the guys at the top of the card will get extra bonuses or ppv points.

I haven't watched in about 3 years... but back then the lowest tier of fighters were getting paid like 5/5... meaning they get paid $5,000 and another $5,000 if they win.

Most of the lower guys make more than that though. Could be 10/10, 15/15, etc.

So it all depend on the PPV buys? So rarely there is guaranteed money? It just lol depends on how many people buy the fights?

They do get paid guaranteed money as a base, and then they get a certain dollar number per PPV buy.

So for example, Jon Jones might get paid $500,000 plus $3 per PPV buy.

So if 800,000 PPV's are sold, Jones gets $2.4 million plus $500,000.. so $2.9 million total.

Only champs or big draws like lesnar would get ppv points. The salaries are guaranteed, their is usually a win bonus, and also the ufc will sometimes reward fighters for good fights.

Also... the lower tier fighters do not get paid based on PPV buys.

I'm not sure who exactly gets the cut of PPV buys, but I think it's usually just top guys in the sport who carry the PPVs...

Nate diaz had a hell of a point a while back. Celebrities and athletes that get multi millions watch ufc for entertainment and most of the ufc fighters get paid squat.

I haven't really kept up with the UFC since right around the time the Reebok sponsor stuff was happening... so I really don't know anything about it.

What's the deal with Reebok?

There is base pay on your slot on the card(and what type of card). Most big time fighters have deals which pay them a gurantee. Like I think Conor's deal was 8 fights for 100 million or something. I think all main event ppv fighters get a % as well. There is also reebok money which is based on # of fights in the ufc and if you're a champion
