That said, if I were starting a team today and had to pick between Cam and RG3 as my QB, I'd probably flip a coin.

I wouldn't. I don't think Cam will ever be consistently good. I think RG3 will be something special.

Ah, the myth of intangibles.

If intangibles do exist, not one of us know how to assess those intangibles from our couch, that i know for certain.

A whole lot of all time greats have shite attitudes. It's meaningless if you produce.

How good would RG3 be with Rivera as HC versus how good would Cam be with Shanahan is the answer to the question

No way Cam would survive the pressure cooker of the DC media, too moody and dramatic.

Are you seriously trying to compare the position of an NFL QB to an outfielder?

The question wasn't who would perform better in which media market but how the players would perform under the respective coaches.

Cam would dominate under the Shanahan's and would probably benefit from their autocratic ways while RG3 would be considered a bust on a Rivera/Chud team. RG3 is a system quarterback while I think Cam is more flexible

I think he was. maybe he can name us an NFL QB that has ever won anything with a selfish, me first attitude.

I love RG3s throwing....i still remember how pinpoint accurate he was on Thanksgiving.

As for Personality....him over Cam, easily.

Cam can't play under a good coach, but play's great under bad coaches. He could not conform to Urban's rules but thrived under Chizit's lack of rules. Of course this is all rumors. No one will ever say Chizit is in the same coaching class as Urban and the same can be said about Rivera compared to Shanahan. Thus under Shanahan Cam is a bust and kicked off or let go by year 3. RG3 can play great for any coach because as the ESPN guy implyed RG3 is not POS Thug because he is all about the Team not the "I".

Yeah, the Auburn fans got their panties in a wad when he posted about wanted Cam to get hurt and so they cried about it on the help board

You mean Urban "It's Time to Die Bitch" Meyer? Do we need to compare the arrest record of Meyer and Chizik and then have a discussion on who ran the more disciplined program? The media gave Meyer a pass because he won but Gainsville was a mess during and after his tenure

That RG3 is a great QB is not up for debate. However, I think Cam has more durability and would thrive on any of the 32 NFL teams while RG3 needs a specific scheme and supporting cast to endure an entire NFL season.

attitude is pointless if you're good.

Ask any player the hypothetical, if they would prefer an average player with a great attitude, or an elite player with a questionable attitude, i wonder what the answer would be.

Let me ask you, tebow or Cam? Remember, attitude!!

Brett Favre's me first attitude is about 1 billion times worse than any evidence you have of Cam's me first attitue, and it's not even remotely close. These boards destroyed him for being selfish for years.

I said an attitude, don't add all these other words and make it like their mine, that's foolish.

Not sure how old you are, but Dan Marino used to absolutely destroy Duper and Clayton. If he did what he did in today's media, you can bet your arse he would be thought of just like Newton.

Let me guess, you'll say that is why Marino never won a title?

Not if you're a QB. Even the great ones have bad games/streaks. Their attitude during the hard times goes a long way in determining if their teammates rally around them or not.

The Cam bashing was at it's absolute worst around the middle of the season when Carolina was 3-9 or some shite.

Did you see how they finished up? Kinda seems like the team rallied around him, no?
