I'm not going to take the bait on the obligatory ULL name pissing match. What DID make me angry about that post was the God awful grammar. Someone is getting paid to put that stuff out there and they construct sentences at a 3rd grade level

That school in Lafayette is so insignificant to anything in my life, personal or sports related, I have no anger at all towards what they call themselves.

USL has one of the more annoying fanbases. They have the biggest inferiority complex about LSU and they can't even figure out their own name. USL, ULL, UL... It goes on and on. Lafayette is a terrible place where dreams go to die. I'll venture to say it's almost as bad as Slidell.

I've never gotten upset at what the school wants to call themselves, I just find it hilarious how butthurt both sides get on the name thing. I get more mad about LSU fans getting mad than I do about ULL fans wanting to be called "Louisiana". It's embarassing, really (How LSU fans react). ULL is in no way a threat to LSU athletically, academically or otherwise. Let them have their name if it makes them happy and instills some school/state pride in the university and its fans and supporters. No skin off my back.
tl;dr - LSU fans who care about this are silly.
