No rules the NCAA could have made regarding NIL would have stood up in court. The proponents of NIL were hell bent on making it a free market for athletes, justifying their pay in terms of the TV money the schools were making

I am sure they would like to but the interest in sports would drop and would kill the NCAA. And they know it. They must stay out of politics but some of the haters will try to push their agenda and that could be on their agenda.

LOL NCAA doesn't have that kind of power. They would be attempting to ban the states that are 100% their bread and butter. This is just a silly question. Lol
