this lockout is killing me. I watched my first live hockey match since the late 90s Friday night and now I'm really anxious to watch pro hockey. I mean the Icegators are nice, but still :/

great question...

College Football - VA Tech...they suck, but they are my team

NHL - Washington Caps - long time season ticket holder, long time sufferer

Irish Rugby - I go to either Dublin or London every year to watch the national team...also follow Munster, Ulster, Connacht, and Leinstertainment

Rugby - Rugby Championship, 7s, Rugby League, Six Nations, etc... (I have attended a Blediso Cup game between NZ and Australia in Hong Kong, went to the English superbowl of Rugby in London between Leicester-Saracens, went to Rugby League Challenge Cup, etc... (I follow the professional S15, T12, Aviva, Pro12, NRL..)...just love it

MLB - Nats...have had partial plans
NFL - Skins...go to about 2-3 games a year, and I know Dan Snyder is Satan

Gaelic - Cork teams...

NBA - Wizards...would be higher if they were the bullets

College Basketball - Va Tech

Soccer - gtfo...I am not a Chav..terrible sport and worse fans

I'll watch just about anything that is a competition.

I follow mainly:
CFB (Auburn)
Baseball (Atlanta Braves)

I've recently started getting back in to the NFL (Falcons) after about a 7 year stretch of not caring when I moved from ATL to Birmingham.

I used to be a Manchester United fan when Ronaldo was there, but now I just watch whatever is on soccer wise and don't really have a favorite team these days. I also follow MLS but don't have a team (frick the MLS for refusing to put a team in the South-East)

I'm working on following Rugby after a recent trip to Ireland.

Not much of an basketball fan, but I'll watch march madness and couldn't give 2 shits about the NBA.

I enjoy hockey (more in person) but I don't follow it much since it's not on any mainstream sports channels that I normally watch.

The olympics are my favorite sporting event because I feel like most of the sports are played by people just because they love them, and not because they get paid a shite ton of money to play them.

You should head over to the Soccer Board every once in a while. We have a decent amount of knowledgeable Liverpool fans.

I desperately want to see Hurling sometime. the bartender at the pub I hung out at in Limerick was telling me that people are slowly starting to keep children from playing Gaelic football and hurling because it's too dangerous. It makes me want to watch it that much more now
