What an awful call.

True of false: that was the first bad call ever by a ref that everyone else disagreed with besides the ref who threw the flag.

That’s why the ratings are down. Absurd calls such as this. Ref must have placed a wager on the game

I haven't watched a game in 3 plus yrs. Highlights? Yes. Read articles? Yes.

I finally saw the highlight last night and could not believe how bad that call was. Game changing call. Packers should be 2-0 no question. Reminded me of the Packers/Seahawks game w/ replacement refs. Different call/scenario, but the refs determined the outcome.

That's why I quit watching NFL, not the anthem crap though that was the extra nail in the coffin.

He literally put his hand down to break their fall trying not to get a penalty. Crazy call. He didn’t hit him high or low, and he didn’t “burp” him, and it decided the game.

You knew this was gonna happen soon.

It was a textbook clean hit on the QB. He never lifted him. His momentum forced Cousins to the ground a fraction of a second after Cousins threw the ball. It’s impossible for guys that size to stop all their momentum mid air and avoid the QB. Dumbass rule. And dumbass penalty. Packers should have won 29-21.

This place will be even more fun when the same call decides a playoff game or Super Bowl.

Yeah that's what pissed me off about it. We get it you miss calls it happens. But when you go out of your way to protect the refs at all times when every person on the planet knows it was a bad call, the optics are terrible. The striped shirts are human I know that. They are not football godlike entities that get everything right.

Just say yeah that was a bad call we will talk about it with the refs and try to correct it in the future and everyone can move on.
