I don't remember this happening, maybe it didn't get national attention. Will Myles bring this to the appeal to try to establish some sort to of precedent?

If that equals one game then Garrett's indefinite suspension is warranted.

Its the same shite but Rudolph is a qb. If this only got 1 game then Myles is getting fricked.

I still can't believe Richie Incognito is his real name.

The NFL will suspend Texans defensive end Antonio Smith for one regular-season game and Houston's remaining two preseason games for forcibly removing the helmet of Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito and then dangerously swinging it at his face, a league source told ESPN.

3 games.

Even though the incident took place in a preseason game, the league decided it was appropriate to discipline Smith by forcing him to miss a regular-season game and to forfeit that game check.

So the NFL took it very seriously?

quote:

Smith's history was another factor in the decision.

Smith was fined $21,000 last season for kicking Incognito, a penalty that was reduced to $11,000 after Smith appealed, saying he was retaliating to Incognito's intentionally twisting his right ankle.

Garrett hit Delanie Walker in the facemask earlier this season and has some roughing the passer penalties this season. So 4 personal foul injuries, at least, this year.
