Hedging my Gonzaga pick

Since I'm the only person in my entire pool who picked the Zags over St Johns, would it be wise to hedge that pick with a small bet on St Johns to win, spread is a PICK

Depending on the point system and $$$ of the league, I don't think a 1st round game is worth it.
