I don't know about the punishment he got was fair or not but he's a disrespectful a-hole who got a taste of justice. Dude cares about football too much. It would be funny if if they didn't enforce his sentence until football season and he was denied any access as to the success/failure of the Alabama football team. Dude would probably off himself

Very soft IMO. He will now have to serve 77 days in jail. Just over 2 months from now and he is done.

The rest is probation which means pretty much nothing if he doesn't go break more laws.

And a $1k fine which is nothing.

I would say he got a good deal.
