Tulsa shouldn't have much of a problem with this game being that they've been dominant on the ground thus far. Ball State should be worried.

I took the over, but that last TD gave me a glimmer of hope but I'm not counting on it. There's prob a better chance of these teams getting points off turnovers than actually driving down the field in this weather.

Might as well chalk this one up for Tulsa. I don't think Ball State is going to be able to cope with the conditions. They already can't run the ball. Tulsa's defensive line and linebackers are sealing off the lanes rather quickly, and if you can't run the ball in weather like this, you're as good as done.

Forever, the weather may preclude the over. But I think your original instincts were correct. Weather is the one factor that is hard to predict in a southern bowl game. Better luck on the BSNCG for your wager.
