I go to LSU. I know I need to work on it but I always feel the constant need to defend the Heat/LeBron.

its always cute seeing the Louisiana Heat fans show up to the Hornets games wearing their LeBron T-shirts and jerseys (that they bought from Champs an hour before the game) so that they can fit in and be cool.

I knew he was, then they said it was a misunderstanding and he was posting recently. But his alter IndependentGeorge is active in this thread so it's all good.

I did not grow up a big fan of basketball until the Hornets came to town. And I primarily liked Shaq in his prime. I only liked Chris Paul (only as a Hornet) and LeBron since. I have rooted against LeBron anytime he went against the Hornets as a Cav. (even though I still liked him). It doesn't matter for me anymore now that he is part of the Heat.

No not Jimi but I am glad I rustle your jimmies enough to be put into the same category.
Anyone want to admit that Hibbert and West outplayed Bosh?

you can't help but laugh at them. its too cute.
reminds me of my 8 year old nephew always changing his mind about who his favorite super hero is. same can be said for these type of sports fans. depending on who the sports media tells them is the best is how they will decide who to cheer for.

At what point is it no longer considered bandwagon when you have become fans of teams for 11 years and 9 years respectively?

I never followed the Hornets. I think I said the before but to me it just felt like a Charlotte team using an arena in New Orleans. I couldn't get into it really like I did as a little kid with the Saints.
