Football stats question (Bills/Chargers play)

4th and yards, Bills go for it and a pass is completed with yards to spare for a first down.
Receiver continues to run with two chargers hanging on him. Third charger comes up from behind them and spikes the ball free where it's recovered by a fourth charger.
When you are accumulating statistics:
Does that count as a forward pass completed?
Does it count as a first down made?
Does the receiver count the yardage gained before the fumble?
Who gets credit for causing the fumble?

Yes, it counts as a completed forward pass; no, it does not count as a first down made; the receiver gets the yardage gained up to the spot of the fumble; and the third Charger (who spiked/punched the ball free) gets credit for the forced fumble.
