true, but manny really hasn't gained much size. he was just able to make low weights during training.
in 2004 for jmm he weighed in at 125. in the ring the next day he weighed 137 after hydration. For the rematch he weighed in at 129, and the next day he weighed 145.
When he fought DLH he weighed in at 142, and the next day he weighed 148. 138 and then 148 for the Hatton fight.
so...really not that much difference in size; he's just not killing himself to make low weights anymore
But why then was he getting knocked out at those lower weights then?

roach is the reason for his style change.
he has ALWAYS had speed and power.. look at his 15 actual knock outs to along with his total 38ko's. he has just recently perfected his game planning, training, and all around game.
as for his weight.. he has consistently climbed the weight divisions. and now he has remained at welterweight.
honestly i dont all about manny's testing and what has been said or what hasn't.. but yall still act like he never test. the dude has never once had any positive test.
It's truly unfortunate in today's times the situations that have rocked the worlds of baseball and wrestling and other sports is that there is now a tendency for people to think that anyone who can do anything amazing and worthwhile must be on something.
Most of those guys during their scandals kept quiet on the issue.. Manny has come out wanting to sue for defamation.
Mayweathe said tonight, "If Manny Pacquiao can take a blood and urine test then we have a fight," Mayweather said. "If not, no fight."
I know for a fact Manny ALWAYS takes the urine test.. even come fight day.. He did with Clotty.. And Manny is willing to have blood drawn randomly.. just not within 14 days of the fight bc he feels it weakens him. Remember this is a guy who has to climb up in weight just to fight these guys..

people discount the hell out of manny because he has a few losses.. sorry not everyone can dink and doink their way to a perfect record.
manny has always had the raw talent. he has been a guy of steady progression as well as weight gain over several years.

poor defense, lack of skill and experience. he wasn't always a great boxer; he just had a lot of speed and power. it wasn't until roach got a hold of him that he became a complete boxer.
he was 17 and 19 years old when he had his only 2 knockouts. it isn't like he had the mayweather family to train him from the time he was a child.
also. he started out in weight classes of 107 when he was only 16. he was fighting at 122 by age 20. so his weight and size is appropriate.

We get your point. Manny's a god in your eyes. He can do no wrong
Having this conversation with someone who didnt worship him would be more productive

He is willing to give it as soon as the fight is over, how hard is it to comprehend that the man does not want to give away any advantages to his notoriously shrewd opponent. And why would he? For what? I say cut the games, and just fight the way all the other boxers do. If they really want this Olympic style testing, then it should not be just Pacquiao. It should apply to each and every professional boxer in the world. This is absurd and hints prejudice and discrimination. Why would an innocent person allow himself to be bullied by American media and baseless accusations especially when Pacquiao has no history whatsoever of doping.

Again. It's not like Manny has straight up been a No-Go to testing..
"If Manny Pacquiao can take a blood and urine test then we have a fight," Mayweather said. "If not, no fight."
Pacquiao, who watched the fight in the Philippines, told Manilla radio station DZBB that he would agree to blood testing, but only if it is not taken within 14 days of the fight. That is basically the same stance that derailed the fight the first time around.
"For me, as long as the drug test is not done close to the match, I'll agree because if they'll get blood from me close to the match, it will be a disadvantage for me because I'm smaller and he's big," Pacquiao said.

c'mon man. what "source" (if there was one) would see an email sent to the mayweather camp? hmmm... probably someone from the mayweather camp...who would not ever, ever leak false information or make false statements to damage manny's reputation
c'mon...

The whole world is against Manny. Its all a conspiracy

very funny. honestly.. i mean honestly.. i could see your point if manny was just straight up against testing.. or had some sort of a history.. but he isn't and he doesn't. i really could see your point.. but the fact manny is willing to have blood drawn post-fight.. and he is even willing to have it drawn as long as it is not too close to fight time... it makes sense. the last time he had blood drawn close to fight time after having to climb weight.. he felt weak.. and he lost.
i just think it's chicken shite on floyd's part to result to his own demands.. if Floyd is such a badass he should just fight manny and his roided up self.
or better yet.. why don't they both roid it up and duke it out.

i don't know what you're talking about. manny's size is appropriate. he's passed every drug test in the past. why would you assume he uses PEDs just because roger mayweather said he does?

ok. who cares? as long as they're buying the ppv's manny doesn't need floyd. which was my point in the first place. you're dense.
I never said Manny needs Floyd, try some reading comprehension. However Floyd is a bigger draw than Manny and makes more money than Manny per fight. So if you are saying which one needs the other more from a ppv buying standpoint its cleary Manny more than Floyd.

Add to that that he wont submit to this testing and had his people ask around about the penalties for testing positive and you're totally in denial if you wont even acknowledge that something might be going on
BOOM.
but somehow, Floyd is the bad guy.
Could not have said it better. Manny fans seem to just turn a blind eye on the real facts. I wish this fight would happen though because I think Floyd would win easily by decision with manny hitting the deck a time or two. Manny leaves lots if holes when punching and Floyd would expose him.
Floyd didn't even turn it on last night untill he got hit by SSM in the 2 nd rnd. Then it was game over.

Manny might catch Money May with those wild arse punches but i doubt it, Money May's defense is impeccable and he will throw 1 2 counters at Manny all night when he leaves himself open with the wild arse punches. Money May is just an amazing technical fighter he could make Manny look silly. For Manny to win he would have to land those wild arse hay makers over and over, that ant happing.
