If they don't have proof of the money then they don't have anything.

We all know he didn't sign for free but you are correct. If no one talks, he gets off

Did UGA have proof of money with TG?

at this point, its almost like FSU is trying to find a way to rid themselves of this dude

Based on his history it's more likely FSU is doing everything to find a way to keep that dude. FSU has a history of looking the other way when it comes to their football team. They are one of the trashier programs in college.

Unless they have a video of the guy signing this stuff, he's good to go. They can't prove squat. He'll get suspended for the first half of a game, just like Johnny Football. FSU will sweep this under the rug and they will be back in their path to the final four.

If they wanted to drop that suspension now the NCAA ain't gonna do anything about it. Jimbo is ride or die with Jameis.

Jimbo said that about a rape, I don't think he'll blink over memorabilia.

LOL-Supposedly he was a 4,0 student in high school and was valedictorian. That doesn't say much for his high school.

If that's the case, then that's where the investigation needs to be.

Jimbo won't cut ties until he is forced to. It's obvious there is very little JW could do that would make Jimbo blink.

This sounds serious. FSU probably going to suspend him first play of the game.

Do you blame him. He is a coach who gets paid based on wins. Releasing his best and one of the best in college football isn't in his best interest.

Gurley practiced today. It looks like he has a chance at reinstatement.

Richt and UGA will suspend/dismiss a guy with the quickness. FSU...not so much. I expect this "investigation" to be deemed inconclusive and closed in a few days.

If Winston say "He didn't recieve money", what else can they actually do even from an investigation stand point. I really doubt whoever is on the back-end of all this stuff is going to snitch on themselves.

Rules are rules
That is the correct answer whether or not you agree with the rule, just like smoking pot. Until the NCAA changes it's stance the players must abide by the rules.

FSU at some point is going to say the headaches he brings are not worth it. Not the coaching staff, but the institution. FSU will look foolish if they don't suspend Winston, considering Georgia just sat their Heisman candidate for a game for the same exact thing and with the same exact autograph company.

I guess the good news about this that Publix will get paid for the crab legs next time Winston comes into the store.
