Sark made his name being an OC. He hasn't done shite at any head coaching gigs.

He's still living off taking an 0-12 Ty Willingham Washington team (prob the single worst coaching job in modern FBS)to winning 8 games the following year, which is what they should have won the prior season.
That's basically the high point. Name one big game he's ever won over an equal or greater opponent?
