Deserves to get Boise State over Ohio State. Ohio State lost at home to Penn State, even though they claim they won a co-conference championship and got drilled by USC, both teams will be in the Rose Bowl. Boise State has not lost. And maybe they can do to Texas what they did to Oklahoma 2 years ago.

Well, I think OSU deserves to go. We've beat two currently ranked teams by 35 or more. Has BSU beaten any ranked teams (I don't know)?

Oregon, which was an impressive win but I think Oregon's 4th string QB was playing at the end of the game.

The thing is, tOSU has a few "Oregon" type victories on their schedule. Boise has 1.

Yeah BSU played a dirty game against UofO. Cheep shotted Masoli to knock him out of the game and had another really dirty hit. Oregon ended up playing a true freshman QB by the end of the game

USC has to play in the Rose Bowl now, so good luck with that.

Bowl tie-ins suck. Every year there are dream matchups to be made, but we can't put them together. USC vs anyone not from the Big 10 would be a good game. I would like to see Penn state vs Boise or Utah.

I'm actually looking forward to USC-Penn State. USC is 1-0 against the Big Ten and PSU is 1-0 against the Pac-10 so something has to give. Both teams have crushed their opponents 10 times, won a close one against a big opponent once, and lost in an upset.

Both PSU and USC are very good defensively so there will be a lot of smashmouth football in Pasadena.

First things first, we need to rid the Rose Bowl of its' low rent powder blue tenants next Saturday.

Well if they would have won yesterday, they are in the Rose Bowl!! So NO it wasn't that big of an upset as Iowa over Penn St.
