My first thread on this site was "How Bad Will Boise Kick Ole Miss' arse". Good times.

I'll remember this when you brag about an aggie win over a West foe.

I feel bad for Boise subjecting themselves to the shite city that is Atlanta. Murder, Poverty, etc.

The great west is so much better than anything down south.

But the Broncos don't mind traveling to the bowels of America to prove how much better they are.

So props to them for that.

I hope they come back home not too scarred from the visit. The W will certainly help heal the wounds.

I actually like the SEC as my second most favorite conference. Post-Katrina, LSU came to Sun Devil Stadium and that game was pretty epic (all offense and no defense philosophy back then with Koetter at ASU lol + sigh). Then that was followed up a few years later by ASU v UGA. Erickson got us up to date on the defense, but our offense got horrible and we lost both... But was extremely fun regardless. Like LSU/UGA/AUB/TEN for taking on the P12 Conference. And A&M cause I used to live in Texas... My Aggie friend and I are heckling each other for next month's matchup. Our team is finally up to date on both O and D

'Your' team ended it's greatest rivalry by losing to a team quarterbacked by Case McCoy. Somehow that is supposed to help convince me that UT is scared to play the aggies?

As far as qbs, I am interested to see where VA lands at the end of the year. Coaches are publicly stating the race is close but those connected to the program are saying it's Vernon and not close. I think he ends up higher on that list.

Haha, I have mixed feelings about the guy. So good his freshman year, THE thumb incident, calling out the Longhorns, disgruntling Sam Keller... Who led the NCAA game lawsuit afterwards, turning horrible by his senior year (or was it the line?)

They'll need to step up for sure with Damarious and Hardison in the NFL now, but I think Calhoun and the crew will keep the score close enough that the offense can outscore our opponents. Big risk, big reward defense. Hold my breath hoping our defense gets to the QB/RB every play with blitz happy Graham

It's subjective, obviously. There are posters on TD who attend/attended/graduated from other schools and are still huge LSU fans. In your opinion maybe they ought to pull for their alma mater first, and maybe they do, but if they don't, well, this is the land of the free. People should be able to do what the hell they want to, as long as it's not hurting anybody else.
