Holy shite. I wish someone would film me naked through a peep hole

I'd be open to it as well. I'm sure the thought that someone would do that to you is pretty damn creepy, though.

Just went and looked at still shots of the video. I legitimately think I could post them and not get banned. The video is THAT grainy.

I didn't realize she has quite a few endorsements.

Reebok, Degree deodorants, Mountain Dew’s Diet sports drink, Florida Orange Juice, Victoria’s Secret.

She is already wealthy.

Earnings
As host on Dancing with the Stars $700,000
Salary as a journalist $250,000
Sportscaster salary $500,000
Net income from above $3.5 million
Endorsement salary $100,000
Estimated annual salary $470,000

Current Erin Andrews net worth $3 million – $4 million.

The fact that one of the hotel executives went out during the trial and that video managed to pop up on one of the iPhones at the dinner table makes me have zero issues with Erin Andrews winning her case.

And why would you mock her for the video? She's beautiful. That's shite some 3rd grade stuff.

That is absolutely ridiculous. People have died and been awarded less money.

She will get between $10-15 million.

And really, it could have some far reaching effects in terms of hotels having to pay a little more attention to the people who request to room next to a celeb, sports star, etc. That's not a bad thing IMO.

This will be holed up in Appeals for a long time and settled for a much lesser amount. Will still be a lot unless its overturned for some reason
I never said this wouldn't happen. Just that the hotel will probably pay a significant amount of whatever the number ends up being

If you're working at hotel and someone asks for a room next to a celebrity, you have to be a real dumb arse to give it to them. Matter of fact, I would think all of those big hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt would train employees not even to confirm if someone famous is a guest. I wouldn't want looky-looos to annoy a guest

Kaylee Hartung came on ESPNBR last week and said that security for ESPN changed their entire policy after this incident (This doesn't excuse how ESPN handled the aftermath imo). It's pretty nuts what they have to watchout for when on the road (Making sure your luggage tag doesn't show your name, If you are on an elevator. let the other person pick their room floor first. Then you select yours, etc.)

Pertaining to the suit? Or the ban?

I agree it's irrelevant to her case. It being so grainy and not very revealing is MUCH better than it being a HD closeup of her finger blasting herself. I don't mean to sound so immature, but that's a big difference IMO...as far as how mentally damaging it might be.

I think this is the first situations of it's kind for ESPN. It's definitely not an excuse for them. But judging by the way they reacted. I'd guess they didn't take this seriously at all.

First of all, good for her.

Second of all, how does Marriott let it get this far? What chance did they think they had to beat this thing? They should've settled long before now.
