If you can offer up a prayer, the Auburn family sure could use them tonight.

Damn. That's horrible. Had not heard that.

Terrible. Wish the best for him.

Kid was probably texting/snapchatting and he ended up killing someone. Put the god damn phone away when you are driving people

I love Rod. He’s handled his business with a first class manner and took over from Jim Fyffe’s passing in such an elegant way. Praying for his family tonight. Auburn loves him

I live in Birmingham and just wish there was something I could do for those who have rushed to come be with him. Sad, sad day for all those involved. He’s got two kids

99.9% chance given the age, no alcohol involved, and the damage that a phone was probably involved

Just terrible for him and his family.

I cannot see the linked article.
Was he driving? What happened?
Even if he pulls through, and I pray he does...just an unimaginably tough situation for that poor family.

Seems like he was struck by a 16 year old driver. People on the SECRant say his wife was driving and they were tboned

I hate to make speculation. They could’ve just pulled out and not seen him. We’ll see what the police report shows soon enough
Posted on 5/25/19 at 11:15 pm to LaBR4
Praying for him, his family and all impacted.

Did the other (young) driver and passengers? Make it?
Posted on 5/25/19 at 11:19 pm to LaBR4
When you think you think you have it tough and realize, no no I do not. I don't.
I really feel for this dude and nothing will replace his wife and his long road to recovery.

Think the young driver was by himself and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

I just clicked the link and they’ve both passed. Man, this is terrible.
