Meh, I'm sure the Cavs as a team and staff spoke about getting Green to be T'd up. These people are professionals. Someone was well aware. It was probably more of a "take advantage of an opportunity if you see one".
Also, at this point the game was practically over and the Cavs were desperate for an advantage going into Game 5.
Lebron was basically in meltdown mode, not calculated Imo.

I'm starting to think it's a generational thing. For real, James' was the first superstar a certain generation could call their own . (Kobe, Shaq, Dirk, Duncan, KG, A.I., etc) all represented Gen X.
James is the best player of the next generations' players (skill set-wise, not mentally).
They may feel disrespect to him is disrespectful to someone who speaks for them.
I've got younger bro's and almost every LBJ irrational defender is of that age group
