Just about all the Black parents I know in East Baton Rouge Parish who are educated with decent jobs who don't live in Central or Zachary has a child or children at U-High, Baton Rouge High, Catholic High, St. Joseph's or Episcopal. The influx of Black kids at U-High also has to do with the failings of EBR Public schools. Black flight is a real thing.
