Pick best players available. 2-14 last season for a reason. Holes everywhere

Roll with amish rifle for a season and take winston/hundley/mariotta/other next season

What a bunch of poo-nannies. And Houston had been killing the draft, Manziel isn't what they need not what they want.

Eh I don't think they really have holes everywhere, going into last season they were a Super Bowl contender

Exactly, people who listen to ESPN think the Texans were loaded but they had holes. I like what the Texans do because i really want to see the Texans(or anybody) win a Super Bowl with Defense and shut the "elite" QB conversation up.

Chess game brah - look at CLE. They could snatch JFF at a bargain late in the round and they did just that.

Not sure why we are loading up on Defense though considering our offensive production was the problem in the first place.

I love this country so much. We just have so many dumb fricks like this guy who make me laugh.

Nose guard was a huge need especially with Cushing being so injury prone. We needed help up the middle all season.

their top players going into last year were among the best in the league at their positions: Watt, Johnson, Foster, Brown, Joseph, Cushing when healthy, but they were seriously lacking depth, especially on both lines. They do need a QB, but I think the media fuels this idea that if you need a qb you absolutely have to get one RIGHT NOW!

They can build the team and get a QB next year or maybe even the year after. That they don't have a "franchise QB" right this second, doesn't mean that can't be contenders down the line.

I disagree. They have/had holes, sure, but that's the modern NFL. You just hope your strengths can overcome your weaknesses. As bad as the texans played last year, they had zero QBing and a coaching collapse and were still in most games, losing by a TD or less in 9 of 14 games.

Competent coaching and some decent QBing can turn the tide, causing 3 pt loses into 3 point wins. Everyone gets more confidence, people want to stay at the facility longer when you win. The difference between winning and losing is inches, not feet. They still don't have a QB, but I don't think they're that far away from being very competitive. This team wasn't nearly as bad as their record would indicate. This isn't a complete tear down and rebuild as much as they just need a facelift and some out patient work
